This is another of the stems from Jo's garden. So nice to do these from life, for as long as they last. This painting had it's own set of woes. First, the pipes overhead in the basement sweated and dripped on it, and then the cat trotted across some fresh purple and made cute little cat paw prints (which I mopped up and bleached out) on the white areas. (And then gave me such an innocent look, sitting on the painting.) But it turned out in spite of the obstacles. Click to see larger. Thanks for looking.
