Holly's Berries Oil on Cradled Canvas, 6" x 6" SOLD. Wrap Detail Below. They have this new canvas out, with plain pine sides. This is the first time I've used it, it really paints up pretty well. It's an alternative to the expensive "gallery wrapped" canvases with canvas wrapping to the back. I couldn't find those in the right size, so went with this, and it worked out pretty well. This one done by request, thanks Holly!

Anticipation Oil on Canvas Panel, 12" x 16" Sold at $25.00 plus shipping. Such a popular image, that I decided to paint it again, larger. Same scene as day before yesterday, but using a larger photo. I love the accidental touch of shore in the background.

Dramatic Magnolia Oil on Canvas Mounted on Board, 16" x 16" approx. SOLD at $100.00, includes shipping. Yes, another Magnolia, and I think of them all, this one is the most dramatic to date. I wasn't sure it would work, since I simply followed the colors I saw: pink, blue, lavender, browns, mauves, grey, yellow, yellow-green. But it all came together, and isn't it punchy?

Calm in the Chaos Pears Oil on Canvas Panel, 6" x 8" SOLD at $30.00 plus $5.00 shipping My studio is in chaos, as I break everything artsy down to sell on ebay, except for watercolors, oils and some peripherals. I've been a bit ebay crazy lately, but I actually calmed down enough for awhile today to paint. It felt so peaceful. Hence the name. Black paper was the logical and dramatic choice today. (I'm preparing to move, again.)

Sun Splashed Landscape Oil on Canvas Mounted on Board, 16" x 16" approx. SOLD at $80.00 plus shipping. Detail Below. This one was done on red gessoed canvas. I let some of the red peek through in spots (see detail) to provide a little extra vibration in the color. Neat effect from Caroline Jasper, who is a master on the dotting technique. I took one of her workshops awhile back. I really love the way this one turned out, and for a change, no road or path! Thanks for looking.
