Dunes and Sky, Palette Knife Painting
Oil on Canvas Panel, 9" x 12"
SOLD at $10 plus $10 shipping.
My painting time will be limited this week, since I have my granddaughter visiting, and attending VBS with me at church next week. (Vacation Bible School). I arranged to be teacher's helper in her grade group, so it should be fun. The rest of the time we'll spend playing with blocks, coloring, reading, swimming, her tablet and little games (at which she' s a whiz), and goofing around with the piano here. So far we've picked out "Hot Cross Buns" and "Twinkle, Twinkle" , so much fun. (Well, with help from the online free piano lessons.)
Here's Miss Kayla:
reading "Where's Waldo."
This painting she started for me this morning by painting the sky, a deep, deep blue.
It reminded me of beach, so I took my palette knife and went at it.
