I'm giving some private drawing lessons on Thursday afternoons, and wanted something for practicing contour drawing. My hydrangea blossoms stilled looked interesting, so I clipped a few and then decided to paint them as well. Cool, aren't they?

Those are cool - sometimes hydrangeas dry whole, and sometimes they shrivel. Never could figure out why, but they are beautiful all ways.
