This one is different for me, sort of an experiment. It's a view of a creek looking down from a bridge, so mostly it's just water and foliage, with bits of reflection. It was fun to paint, but I'm not sure about it hanging on a wall somewhere, kind of an odd subject.

Nel, I have a photo like this that I took from a foot bridge and have thought how pretty it was, but thought it would be a challenge to paint. It has the sparkles on the water. Very pretty!!
It's no more odd than someone hanging abstract art... of which I've seen plenty on walls all over the country... and it's definitely lovely.
