I really didn't think I'd get one done today, but I pushed this evening, and yes, here we go, a new painting. A bit high key, I moved my light to the opposite side from usual and I'm not used to it yet. Don't you like the pitcher, though? A find at one of my student's church's tag sale.

I love the pitcher! Great find, and so well rendered. But I am in awe of your stripes. I enlarged the photo to look at it. That fabric is amazing--the shadows, the twists and curves in the stripes, the way they narrow and widen as the fabric is folded. Just great!
