Cherries are in season, Yay! One of the advantages of working small is less space to cover, and the big disadvantage is having to paint so tiny, use tiny brushes, and take such careful aim with your hand. A nice little change from the sunflowers.

I love the way you make such wonderful paintings out of simmple subjects. I'm not crazy about cherries right now though, as they keep dropping from my neighbor's tree onto our terrace....
