I've been working slowly on two careful paintings (another peony watercolor, and another gnarly tree painting) for folks who requested them, so this one was intended to be just loose and swishy. The colors gave me some trouble though, so it turned out to be more tricky than I intended. In the end though, I do like it. Thanks for looking.
