This watercolor was started during a botanical orchid painting workshop given by JEAN BRITON JAECKS at the National Conservatory in downtown DC (the glass one next to the Capitol.) We each had an orchid to work from, and it was superb to paint and then eat lunch amidest thousands of orchids; since the workshop was in conjunction with the January orchid show. The image is done on a full sheet of paper, and can be cropped to your specs by your framer. Thanks for looking.
