Kitty corner across the street is a lovely vacant lot, which has some low lying grass, which filled up into a small pond, large puddle the last big rain we had. The air was still a lovely greenish light when I went out and took some photos, so here's the neighborhood, at least a small corner of it. Louisiana Cloud Study Oil on Stretched Canvas, 16" x 20" Not available. Clouds are not as easy as you'd think. The color, the shaping, how defined or fluffy they should be. I can see that I'm going to have to make a real study of the skies here, the clouds are really interesting, and such big skies with the land being quite flat. I stopped on this one, because it's a nice piece, but the clouds aren't "there" yet. Thanks for looking.
