I had fun doing this one, it's all swish and smoosh, parts with a loaded brush, and parts with the palette knife. I actually didn't realize until I popped it up here how "leany" the trees are. I should have made some of these trunks stand up since even on a hillside, they'd grow up to the light. But since it's basically a "study" done as homework for my Webinar, I'm not going to mess with it.

Very nice. I love the way you handle your trees.
Are you taking the Johannes webinar too? I think this is one of your best so far...even if the trees are leaning. : )

Keep up the good work! I on the other hand have a painting in progress for past 2 weeks! Maybe I should try this painting a day thing!
