This is the second painting from the reference photo I borrowed from my student. It has a different sort of flavor from the first one, posted earlier this past week. I used more blue in this one, less sienna, and the rocks on this one I did with a palette knife. Gotta love the fall colors, even if it is February!

I like the way you paint your landscapes. How long did it take you to do this painting? Also, what online instruction would you recommend?
