We've had such gorgeous weather here in Louisiana, it's like Indian summer forever now. Cool mornings and evenings, lovely clear sunshine and in the 80's in the afternoon. Blue, blue skies. So the fall feeling comes through, and I have photos from Wauwinet Road to satisfy my urge to see yellows.

I love how you find beautiful roads and trees wherever you go and give them your special Nel touch. In this painting you've somehow captured a watercolor-like glow and looseness that I really like.
