Of the two paintings I did last night and this morning, I like this one better. However, I still am struggling mightily with how to paint flowers with petals. I want to paint like Carol Marine, who does exquisite work (http://carolmarine.blogspot.com/) with all her flowers and still lives, but I'm simply not there yet. I'll just keep working at it.
