I picked up some purple beauties at the grocery store. I'm hoping they'll last a couple of days, so I can try another watercolor. But for today, a little oil.
Just wondering - do you paint from the primaries or are you using more colors? I ask because I work from the primaries and have a hard time getting clear pinks and lavenders. It doesn't matter very often but currently I'm working on a series of garden paintings with lots of lavender.
