Another study copy, from a painting by Michael Gibbons, in the book How Did You Paint That, Volume 1, Landscapes. The birches were not in the original painting, but otherwise, I tried to study his brushwork and colors. I especially liked the way he handled the pines in sunlight, and will try to use this technique in my own landscape work. Thanks for looking.
