This one is my personal favorite. I just took a big brush, loaded it with paint, and swished. It's clean and fresh, and it says "daffodils" to me. It's more of a suggestion of jonquils than a drawing, but maybe that's why I am really pleased with it, and happy to show it off. Thanks for looking.

ReplyDeleteThis is my fav too. When I see this I think,"this is the way to paint!". This is loose, spontaneous, but the colors/values are thoughtful and feel so true. You plucked out the heart of those flowers. Great work!
