Another experimental piece today. Both in technique and in color. I tried to do this one in subtle colors, both light and dark. I'm really loving some of the greys that I'm mixing. The other experiment was in using a soft square brush for the whole painting, and not blending (much). I'm still deciding whether I really like it or not, but I did enjoy doing this one, so direct.
