The smell of this small Easter plant is so incredible, it was nice during naptime to just sit and smell it. No studio painting today, since my daughter and I are doing "sincere cleaning" (as opposed to "need to clean" basis) for tomorrow's appraisal of the house. I'm not really happy with either one of these, but that's how it is with the watercolors, hit or miss. Thanks for looking.

I had all thsoe lovely yellows on my palette and I wasn't tired of the irises, so I rolled right into this one after finishing yesterday's painting.
