Because this canvas is larger (than yesterday's canvas), I was able to include more detail. I also changed the sky from yesterday's version. I darkened the rocks, and added more light branches on the left. I think they both come close to how I want to paint. Thanks for looking.

This is a neat view from the bridge which connects Barre with South Barre, the locals would know it by how long it was closed for construction. I loved the way the light was skimming just the top half of the trees, and the wonderful yellow orange reflection from one tree in the back. Thanks for looking.

I used some of the techniques and color mixes that I'd learned from her book. The practice pieces turned out beautifully, and I'll show them on my skech blog.
