That's why I made my little stage (a cardboard box with the front and the top removed and a floodlight pointing in) works really well for working from life and pretty good for photographing it. If you use a lightbox/softbox you end up with soft diffuse lighting and no obvious source of light or shadows (nice for product shots but not so nice for still life in my opinion).Jana Bouchttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18019523068496828367noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-38449200.post-87690902581929365142007-11-13T06:34:00.000-05:002007-11-13T06:34:00.000-05:00STUNNING, NEL -- EVERY BIT OF IT - LIGHT DARK, FOR...STUNNING, NEL -- EVERY BIT OF IT - LIGHT DARK, FORM -- GLORIOUS!Linhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16962094268196360875noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-38449200.post-13035858921307639112007-11-13T05:40:00.000-05:002007-11-13T05:40:00.000-05:00I love the rich dark hues in this one--- lovely pa...I love the rich dark hues in this one--- lovely painting!Janet Karamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09028042687506395186noreply@blogger.com
