Red Floral '09
Oil on Canvas Panel, 12" x 16"
SOLD at $75.00 plus shipping.
I've done this one before. One of my collectors saw it and liked it, and requested a repeat. I think this one turned out nicely, the little tiny red flowers add to it. Lots of color here, lots of drama.

Grogan Road, Barre
Oil on Stretched Canvas, 18" x 24"
SOLD at $80.00 plus shipping.
This is one of my favorite paintings, but it never sold. I did some revising on it, and thought I'd offer it again, and lower the price a bit. It does have some presence , at the larger size. I love the light on the tree trunks here.

Forest Fantasy Walk
Oil on Canvas Panel, 16" x 20"
SOLD at $65.00 plus $15.00 shipping.
This is a repeat of the Techniques Landscape I did a couple of weeks back, done by request for a collector who wanted that one, but it was already sold. I used both brush and palette knife for this one, mostly the knife, since it makes such neat marks. I left the underpainting to dry overnight, and then went back on top with the knife, which worked out well. Since I had the first painting to work from, this one is more deliberate looking.

Blustery - SOLD
Blustery
Oil on Gessoed Board, approx. 16" x 16"
SOLD at $65.00 plus shipping.
Detail Below
A combination painting, some brushwork, some palette knife work. I do like the palette knife for foliage, but not so much for sky and water, though I did use it a little in both areas. I really am happy with the sky in this one, and if you wanted to, you could saw the bottom of the painting right off, to accentuate the sky more. I mean, of course, if you bought it, you could, LOL.
